Hi Tom, Obviously it was a great story if myself and others and still talking about it BUT I'm still trying to wrap my head around all the Cyclops hate amongst the mutants and Avengers crews. Cyclops was taken over by the Phoenix because of Cap & Co. Cyclops was not himself, Prof X attacked and Phoenix Scott defended itself. Angel/Warren killed thousands and who knows how many died/damage from Ice Man's actions. Warren/Bobby did much worse but alls forgiven? What do you think?

I’m not sure that I see the level of hate that you describe—but then, I also don’t really agree with your interpretation of the events of that story. But that’s all right—as a reader, you get to draw your own conclusions, and to root for whomever you like. I will point out that very early on, Cyclops had the opportunity to give the power up to Hope, which is ostensibly what he wanted in the first place, and he refused, and kept it for himself. That’s a choice the character made, and all of the events that happened thereafter happened as a result of that choice.
